About the role

We are a group of eight people in Stockholm (Mörby) across several different areas of accounting, and we also have finance colleagues around the world. Our work is characterized by collaboration, community, communication, and a lot of laughter. The work in the group is interconnected, and we work together to support the organization in the best possible way.

Main responsibilities:

• Accounting for the parent company and some foreign subsidiaries
• Accounting issues and account reconciliations
• Tax and VAT
• Monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Consolidated reporting, including reconciliation of intercompany transactions
• Contact with auditors, banks, and colleagues in other countries
• Develop and streamline working methods and processes for operations in Sweden and other countries

You will report to the Head of Accounting.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone with a relevant academic background in finance and several years of experience in qualified accounting. You are independent in your financial closing work and have good knowledge of K3. Furthermore, we see that you have experience with intercompany transactions and are used to managing multiple companies. You have experience and interest in systems and good knowledge of Excel. You are proficient in both Swedish and English. It is an advantage if you have experience from international environments and publicly traded companies where you have encountered IFRS.

You are confident in yourself and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with varied tasks.
