About the Position

Are you technically inclined and service-oriented? Do you thrive in a role where you solve problems and help customers? Then this could be the position for you! We are looking for a team member for technical support who will become an important part of the customer's support team. You will be the customer's first point of contact and responsible for addressing their needs, both in the short and long term. You will also contribute to improving internal processes and documentation. We are looking for someone who is solution-focused, proactive, and enjoys working independently. You have a good sense of numbers and a commitment to enhancing the customer experience.

This is initially a summer assignment that, for the right person, has good opportunities for extension and transition to employment with the customer.

Job Responsibilities

Working as technical support means a varied everyday life where you handle incoming cases, support customers with their inquiries, and actively contribute to the development of the business. You will collaborate with different departments and play an important role in improving processes and customer experiences. Additionally, you will be responsible for following the company's administrative processes and routines to ensure quality, as well as handling customer complaints and updating customer records upon incoming cases.

Your main job responsibilities also include:

  • Owning the customer's case from start to finish, including feedback
  • Striving to resolve the customer's case at the first contact
  • Handling order placements
  • Working proactively to digitize customers
  • Actively contributing to the business's improvement efforts based on customer insights
  • Participating in creating a good work environment and a safe, efficient, and clean workplace

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is structured, solution-oriented, and has an interest in working in digital environments. You enjoy taking responsibility and have a good ability to handle technical challenges while delivering excellent customer service. You have an eye for detail, are flexible, and are driven to find effective solutions. You enjoy working independently but also appreciate being part of a team where collaboration and good communication are important.

To succeed in this role, we see that you have:

  • At least three years of high school education or equivalent
  • Several years of relevant work experience
  • Good knowledge of the Office suite
  • Good knowledge of English in both spoken and written forms

It is advantageous if you have:

  • Experience working in digital environments
  • Experience in customer-facing service
  • Previous work with upselling
  • Experience with case management systems

Salary: individual salary setting
