About the role of Personnel Manager

As a Personnel Manager, you have overall responsibility for the store's staff and are the spider in the web in everything related to staffing, recruitment, work environment, and employee development. You ensure that our employees thrive and develop in a safe and stimulating environment, while achieving the store's goals and business idea.

Your responsibilities include, among others:

• Staffing and scheduling: Ensure that the store is always properly staffed, plan seasonal schedules, and manage schedule changes as needed.
• Recruitment and introduction: Responsible for recruiting new employees, introducing new hires, and following up on their development.
• Work environment and personnel issues: Drive systematic work environment efforts, conduct rehabilitation discussions and work adaptations, and be the contact person with the Social Insurance Agency and the union.
• Leadership and development: Conduct employee discussions, support sales managers in difficult conversations, and develop the store's staff.
• Administration and routines: Ensure that the employee handbook and routines are updated, manage payroll reporting, and collaborate with external parties such as company nurses and HR networks.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has solid experience in personnel responsibility and leading others.
• Has retail experience and an understanding of working with budgets and results.
• Is a structured and confident leader with the ability to prioritize and organize.
• Is communicative, motivating, and results-oriented.
• Has good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing.
