Senior Recruiter

The Senior Recruiter is a new position in a newly established recruitment function tasked with enhancing the quality of the municipality's recruitment efforts and providing our managers with more operational support in recruitment.

The HR department consists of the units HR, negotiations, recruitment, and payroll. Together, we work to create the best conditions for our managers and employees to do a great job on the journey to becoming Sweden's most attractive municipality and municipal employer.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Recruiter, your mission will be to ensure qualitative and precise recruitment processes, increase the inflow of relevant candidates through proactive work with search in various channels, and act as a sounding board and support for hiring managers throughout the process. It is important to us that our candidates have a positive experience in their interactions with us, which you will help ensure.

In addition to driving recruitment processes for managerial and specialist roles from start to finish, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a search strategy for our various target groups, as well as establishing a common approach for proactive search, with the goal of building competence about and relationships with hard-to-recruit talents.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with solid experience in competency-based recruitment and is an experienced user of assessment tools and recruitment systems. You have extensive experience in search, including using LinkedIn Recruiter. You are a skilled communicator both in writing and verbally.

Experience in managerial and specialist recruitment is a requirement. It is an advantage if you have a relevant university degree and experience recruiting in the public sector.

Since this role involves responsibility for building our work with proactive search in various channels, we are looking for someone who can contribute experience and knowledge on how to establish a common and structured approach to our search work. If you have previous experience in developing and implementing search strategies, that is a plus.
