Switchboard Operator Wanted in Kista!

Are you a social and organized person with a knack for problem-solving? Then this might be the right job for you! We are currently looking for a switchboard operator for one of our clients in Kista!

About the Position

Start: Immediately.
Scope: Full-time.
Period: April 1 - August 31, with a possibility of extension.
Location: Kista.
Working Hours: Office hours, Monday – Friday.

Your Main Responsibilities

Examples of tasks:
- Answering the switchboard, both internal and external calls.
- Handling administration.
- Responding to emails.
- Managing their remote reception, opening doors, checking accesses, and ensuring security.

Who Are You?

Requirements:
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English.
- Good computer skills, as well as experience with MS Office.

The role of a switchboard operator demands a high level of service orientation, security awareness, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills. Since the job involves daily customer contact, we prefer candidates with strong communication skills.
