Office Receptionist Wanted!

About the Position

As an office receptionist, you are the company's first impression and an important part of our daily operations. Your main tasks include:

• Welcoming and receiving visitors
• Handling incoming calls and emails
• Administrative tasks such as mail handling and bookings
• Supporting colleagues and ensuring the office runs smoothly
• And much more!

Practical Information:

Start: June 2025
Scope: 50%, working hours not yet set but the job is 4 hours per day Monday to Friday
Location: Hagaesplanaden 49, next to Nya Karolinska in Solna

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone who:

• Is social and enjoys meeting people
• Has a strong sense of service and likes to solve problems
• Is driven, self-sufficient, and takes initiative
• Has good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Experience in reception, service, or administration is a plus but not a requirement – we highly value your personality and attitude!
