We are currently looking for a rental administrator in residential leasing for an exciting consulting assignment with our client in central Stockholm. The position is a consulting role via Isaksson Rekrytering Bemanning AB.

The assignment starts immediately and lasts up to three months. This is a perfect opportunity for you who have a strong interest in the real estate industry and want to work with rental administration.

Your assignment as a rental administrator
You will primarily work with residential administration such as rent invoicing, dialogue with tenants, and registration in the company's property management system - Unit4 Property Management. Working hours are weekdays between 08:00 and 17:00.

Who are we looking for?
We highly value your personal qualities, where a strive to deliver a first-class customer experience is crucial. To succeed in the role, you need to be structured, meticulous, and have good administrative skills.

We are looking for someone with the following experiences:

• Rental administrator with experience in residential administration
• Post-secondary education in a relevant field, preferably real estate related
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Good computer skills, and experience working in real estate-related systems

Experience in rental administration of commercial properties is a plus.
