About the position

At Perido, we are seeking an experienced lawyer for a 6-week assignment with our client, a government agency whose purpose is to achieve a society where people feel financially secure if life takes a new turn. The position is based at the client's office in Telefonplan, Stockholm, where the work is conducted on-site.

Your responsibilities

The tasks involve conducting information inventory, information classification, and data protection legal assessments related to impact assessments according to the EU's General Data Protection Regulation, in accordance with the agency's governing and supporting documents as well as other legal requirements. The work also includes performing relevant documentation. The assignment may also encompass other legal work, such as legal investigations in administrative law, data protection, and related legal areas.

Your qualities

To succeed in this role, you need to be an analytical and meticulous person with the ability to work in a structured and independent manner. It is important to have good problem-solving skills and to be able to handle complex legal information in a clear and systematic way. The role also requires good communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders. Flexibility and a solution-oriented approach are also important qualities to meet the demands and timelines of the assignment.

Qualifications:

• Law degree or equivalent education
• At least three (3) years of work experience as a lawyer
• Good knowledge of MS Office or equivalent
• To succeed in the assignment, we see that the consultant needs to have competence and experience in information classification and data protection
• Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing

Scope and start date

Full-time, consulting assignment for 6 weeks. Start date 2025-04-22.
