About the position

Perido is looking for a receptionist for an authority located in central Stockholm. The position comprises 27.5 hours per week, and the working hours are weekdays from 09:00 to 15:00.

Your responsibilities

As a receptionist, you are responsible for welcoming visitors and providing them with a professional and welcoming reception. Responsibilities also include managing visitor badges and the issuance and receipt of access cards and keys. Administrative tasks such as scanning and printing documents, especially for patent documentation, are also part of the role.

The receptionist also monitors the inbox and manages absence and sick leave notifications to update phone referrals as needed. Staffing the telephone switchboard, for example via Telia Touch Point or ACE Agent, is a central part of the job, as is connecting both internal and external calls to customer support or colleagues. In addition, general inquiries are answered to ensure smooth service for both employees and visitors.

Your qualities

To succeed in the role of receptionist, a service-oriented and professional attitude is required, where a pleasant reception and the ability to build good relationships are central. You need to be structured and have good administrative skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, such as coordinating visitors, managing access cards, and operating the switchboard. Flexibility and problem-solving skills are important qualities, as the workday can vary and unexpected situations may arise. You should also have good communication skills and be able to express yourself clearly in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent education
  • At least six (6) months of work experience as a receptionist and/or switchboard operator
  • Good knowledge of MS Office or equivalent
  • Experience using telephone switchboards and referral systems
  • Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing

Scope and start date

Part-time (68%), consulting assignment until 2025-10-31. Start date 2025-04-22.
