About the role
In this role, you will work operationally to support managers in HR-related matters. Your work will include, among other things:
- Advising and supporting in personnel matters.
- Supporting managers in conversations and labor law issues.
- Managing contacts with employee organizations.
- Contributing to the development and implementation of HR processes and guidelines.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Experience working as an HR specialist with managerial support.
- Experience from the public sector or government.
- HR education or equivalent experience that we consider comparable.
