Communications Specialist Wanted at Tillväxtverket

The Communications Unit is responsible for and coordinates overall communication internally and externally. The unit is now looking for a communications specialist for a short-term substitute position.

About the Position

In the role of communications specialist, you will be part of the communications unit and act as an advisor on communication issues, creating content primarily for internal channels. You will be involved in the entire communication chain, from suggesting communication choices, developing and anchoring strategies and plans, formulating clear messages, executing activities, and following up.

You will write and publish articles on our intranet, participate in our editorial planning, and also work with external communication and make posts in our social channels. You will be an important partner for both the communications unit and other parts of the organization. You will collaborate with other functions such as lawyers, experts, investigators, and coordinators, and often be the one who, together with colleagues in the communications unit, drives and coordinates internal communication. You will be responsible for our digital Employee Information: setup, programs, and practical production. You will also film and edit videos, primarily for internal use.

Your place of work is: Stockholm.

We are looking for someone who:

• has at least 3 years of studies from a university or college in communication science or other education/experience that Tillväxtverket considers equivalent
• has experience working with content and message production
• is an experienced writer
• has experience in film production that you have produced yourself

The following is meritorious:

• experience working with social media
• project management of events
• work with communication within a government authority

As a person, we are looking for someone who is strategic and has a broad perspective on issues. You are calm, stable, proactive, and good at collaborating with others and building good relationships. You will have your own responsibilities but will also need to adapt to the authority's most prioritized tasks, which may change over time, so it is good if you are used to improvising within given frameworks.

The employment is a substitute position with a start date by agreement, lasting until September 30, 2025.
