We are a nationwide company that helps stores and suppliers in the grocery trade with sales-driven services! We have about 300 skilled employees in stores every week. We assist our customers with all types of store work - but we also have, as our name suggests, a unique competence in the beverage category.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Are you looking for a developing and varied role where you can use both your analytical skills and creativity? Then this is the job for you! We are now looking for an administrative assistant to join our team in central Stockholm!

Your job responsibilities...

In this role, you will become part of a smaller, close-knit team that highly values cooperation and community. As an administrative assistant, you will have overall responsibility for administration, development, and data analysis. You will work strategically to derive insights from data, create reports, and follow-ups. You will also be responsible for our marketing and social media, where your creativity and eye for graphic design will play an important role.

You will work on many different tasks, such as:

  • Driving and developing marketing, website, and social media
  • Handling and analyzing data
  • Creating reports and statistics
  • Developing and analyzing our sustainability efforts
  • Other administrative tasks

You will work on-site at our office in Stockholm. There is an opportunity for remote work one day per month. Working hours will be scheduled during office hours by agreement.

Your background and qualities...

To take on this role, we see that you have experience and/or education in administration, data analysis, economics, or similar. We see that you have a strong interest in marketing and social media and have experience creating graphic material, both still images and video content.

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, analytical, and has a strong understanding of data while also having a creative streak. You easily see connections and trends in numbers and can transform these into strategic insights. You thrive in a dynamic role where you can take responsibility and work both administratively and creatively.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Knowledge of Excel
  • Experience handling and analyzing large amounts of data
  • Experience in marketing
  • Experience creating graphic material, both in the form of images and video content

OTHER

Other skills we would like to see you have...

  • Very good knowledge of Excel and handling large datasets
  • Familiarity with creating graphic material in tools like Canva or Adobe programs
  • You have an easy time understanding and learning new systems
  • You have an interest in sustainability
  • Experience working with data analysis and report generation

Other information about the position...

  • This is a full-time position
  • Monthly salary
  • You will be stationed at our office on Sturegatan with 4 colleagues (possibility for remote work/home office one day per month)
  • Start according to agreement or no later than May
  • Collective agreement with Unionen
  • Pension via Collectum
  • Wellness allowance
  • Office dogs are present in the office
