About the Position

Are you structured, detail-oriented, and enjoy diving into data? We are currently looking for a person for a project assignment of about one month, where you will play a central role in migrating customer subscriptions to our new platform – Zuora, a leading system for managing recurring revenue and invoicing.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Analyze customer subscription history in our previous system
• Manually recreate subscription development in Zuora, via the interface
• Ensure that the history is accurately reflected to enable correct reporting and analysis

You are required to familiarize yourself with subscription structures, billing cycles, and how these affect customers' history over time. You will work closely with our team in subscriptions and finance.

Qualifications

• Very meticulous, structured, and responsible
• Have an easy time understanding complex flows and data patterns
• Have good experience working in Excel and with data review
• Preferably have experience with business systems, especially within subscription or billing environments (meritorious)
• Understand the importance of accurate data – inaccuracies affect both invoicing and history
