We are looking for a receptionist for on-demand work during weekends and weekdays  for our client in Täby. The working hours are 06:00-14:40 and 14:20-23:00. This is a temporary position where you will work as a substitute, being scheduled for shifts but may also need to step in for urgent vacancies to cover absences due to illness or leave. 

The need may increase further during summer and Christmas holidays. Your tasks

You will support the operation and work with the usual tasks that occur within the reception.

Examples of tasks include:

• Welcoming visitors and being the face of the organization
• Assisting with guidance and answering questions related to the organization
• Receiving information and forwarding it to the relevant person or unit
• Helping and supporting residents in their daily lives
• Managing booking systems
• Handling reports of issues related to the operation

Your qualifications

• Good knowledge of Office suite software
• Ability to express yourself well in both spoken and written Swedish and English
• Communicative
• Service-oriented
• Relationship-building
• Proactive
• Stress-resistant

To work as a substitute in our staffing pool, you are expected to report your availability and be able to work at least 2 days a week. Work may occur on weekdays, evenings, and weekends. You must be able to take shifts on short notice and be flexible and communicative.

Meritorious 

• Basic knowledge of other languages
