We are looking for someone who recognizes the critical role of aviation in the larger transportation system. In this role, you will be an important part of Swedavia's efforts to ensure the conditions for aviation operations, today and in the future.

Our new Remiss Coordinator will have a key role responsible for ensuring, together with colleagues, that the designated national interests of airports are protected from actions that could significantly harm their operation and development. What does the role entail? As a Remiss Coordinator, you will be responsible for receiving all incoming remittances to Swedavia, primarily within the framework of the Planning and Building Act but also other legislation such as the Environmental Code, Road Act, etc.

The tasks include preparation and handling of incoming remittances. This includes independent handling of remittances as well as a more coordinating role in a preparation group. The remittance management also has the overall and coordinating responsibility for Swedavia's work with national interest specifications. The work involves many contacts both within and outside Swedavia.

Who are you? We are looking for someone who has...

• A university degree in physical planning, urban planning, or other education related to community building
• Several years of experience working with the Planning and Building Act and other permit processes
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English in both speech and writing

It is an advantage if you have previous experience working with:

• Airport-related activities
• Building permits, detailed plans, or comprehensive plans
• National interests, especially the national interest for communications
• Permit processes under the Environmental Code or Road Act

You have a strong ability to work independently, good initiative, and can create, manage, and maintain good contacts and collaborations.
