As an HR Coordinator, you will play a key role in our HR function and work broadly within the HR field. You will handle administrative tasks, support managers in various HR issues, and actively work with employer branding. This is a junior role that offers great opportunities for development within HR in a dynamic and high-intensity environment. You will have the opportunity to work with different operations within the organization and thus develop a broad competence in HR. The role also includes a task as an Executive Assistant (about 20%, or one day a week). Travel may occur in the position.

Your mission

Handling administrative tasks (within HR and as an Executive Assistant).

Support for managers in HR-related issues.

Employer branding work to attract and retain talent.

Work broadly within the HR field.

Drive and develop HR processes and routines.

Have an education in HR or another education that the employer assesses as equivalent.

Have a strong interest in employer branding.

Have a strong interest in further developing within HR and broadening your competence in the field.

To succeed in the role, we know that you

Are flexible and can work in different situations with various operations.

Have a curious, open, and fearless attitude and are a quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Are communicative and have very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Conditions

  • Employment type: Permanent. A probationary period applies.
  • Start date: As soon as possible, by agreement.
