Payroll Specialist for HR Team in Stockholm

Do you have solid experience in payroll administration and want to work broadly with the entire payroll process in a company that makes a difference every day? We are now looking for a meticulous and solution-oriented payroll specialist to join a dedicated and close-knit team within HR and payroll. The position is based at the headquarters in central Stockholm and is a full-time role starting as soon as possible. You need to be able to work on-site five days a week. For the right person, there is an opportunity for employment.

About the Position

As a payroll specialist, you will work with the entire payroll process, from start to finish. You will be responsible for ensuring that routines and processes are followed and will be involved in improvement and development work. The role involves ongoing contact with both employees and managers, primarily via email, and you will work closely with HR to support the organization in its daily operations.

Main Responsibilities

• Ongoing payroll administration for employees
• Interpretation of collective agreements
• Holiday pay and deviation reporting
• Work in payroll systems (Flex HRM Payroll)
• Administrative support to managers and HR

Suitable Background

• At least five years of experience in payroll administration
• Education in payroll or equivalent qualified vocational training
• Accustomed to working with deadlines and have a structured approach
• Excellent knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Service-oriented, meticulous, and enjoys problem-solving
• Good at collaborating and communicating in a pedagogical manner

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with collective agreements for teachers
• Knowledge of holiday pay
• Experience with Flex-HRM Payroll
