Project Administrator for the Parliament Administration's Property Projects
The Parliament Administration is an authority tasked with facilitating the work of the Parliament. Approximately 700 politically neutral employees work at the Parliament Administration with many different types of tasks.
The Parliament Administration owns and manages the Parliament's various properties in Stockholm. The buildings are well-known symbols of Swedish democracy. The ambition of the Parliament Administration is to renovate and adapt the Parliament's buildings according to a long-term plan. The properties should function as a modern workplace for the members of parliament and employees at the parliamentary party offices and the Parliament Administration.
This will be done with respect for the cultural and historical values and protection values of the buildings. We carry out the work in project form in different phases and with varying scope. To achieve this, we need to further develop the support, management, and governance of our property projects.
To succeed in this, we are now looking for a project administrator for the Parliament's property projects. The position is a temporary contract expected to last from June 2025 to February 2026. There may be a possibility for extension or continued employment after that.
Your Responsibilities
As a project administrator, you will primarily serve as administrative support to project managers, colleagues, and managers within the property project unit.
Your role includes contributing to the development of processes, routines, and templates for the operations. You will support and coordinate the unit's document management, archiving, registration, and disclosure of public documents. Furthermore, you will be the unit's purchaser of, for example, computers, software, and access cards. You will update the unit's document management plan and be the contact person for archive issues.
Your Qualifications
You should have the following qualifications:
- At least 3 years of upper secondary education.
- At least 3 years of experience in administrative work deemed relevant for the position.
- Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
- Good knowledge of the Office suite.
- Education or experience that enhances good digital competence.
- At least 2 years of experience in relevant work within the public sector.
It is an advantage if you also have the following:
- Experience in project operations or operational activities within the real estate industry or similar operations.
- Post-secondary education or further training deemed relevant for the position.
- Experience in writing minutes, simple memos, investigations, meeting invitations, and similar text materials.

The employment is classified in a security class, which requires Swedish citizenship and a passed security check.
Employment Type: Temporary employment
Scope: Full-time
The employment is a temporary position expected to last from June 2025 to February 2026. Continued employment may be offered after that.
