Our Mission:

Do you want to work in an international and dynamic environment where you will play a key role in managing legal invoices and e-billing processes? We are currently seeking a consultant for a full-time assignment, focusing on invoice management and administrative support to the legal and finance departments. The workplace is located in central Stockholm, and the client applies hybrid work.

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will support the legal department with invoice management through the e-billing platform Brightflag. You will be responsible for coordinating and managing incoming invoices from law firms and ensuring a smooth approval and payment process.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Administering and managing the e-invoicing process via Brightflag.
  • Onboarding suppliers and law firms through systems like Graphite and Brightflag.
  • Ensuring correct case and billing coding.
  • Responding to inquiries from law firms regarding payments and billing status.
  • Managing and coordinating internal approval processes.
  • Supporting the legal department and coordinating with the finance department.
  • Conducting weekly invoice reviews and investigating any discrepancies.
  • Basic reporting and analysis.

Your Background:

We are looking for someone with experience in invoice management and preferably has worked with e-billing or legal administration before. You are meticulous, structured, and have a good understanding of financial processes.

To succeed in this role, we hope you have:

  • Experience in invoice management, finance, or legal administration.
  • Experience with e-billing platforms (preferred).
  • Good system skills and the ability to quickly learn new tools.
  • Fluent English in both spoken and written form.
  • A solution-oriented and service-minded attitude.

  • The assignment is a longer consulting assignment for 12 months.
