Accountant Assistant Wanted for Consulting Assignment

About the Position

We at SJR are looking for an accounting assistant for a long consulting assignment. The assignment starts in May and lasts for 10 months. The client is centrally located, and you will work with both accounts receivable and accounts payable in large flows. The client offers hybrid work with 2 days at home.

Main Responsibilities

In this role, you will work together with your colleagues on tasks such as:

• Invoicing for accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Incoming and outgoing payments
• Reconciliations of customer and supplier accounts as well as bank
• Payments

In this role, you will act in a support function where you will assist the organization with questions regarding accounts.

Suitable Background

We are looking for someone who has at least a high school diploma in economics and has worked with the above tasks for at least 5 years. With the client, you will have the opportunity to help streamline routines and processes, which requires system proficiency. You are fluent in Swedish and have a good understanding of English.

Personal Qualities

We are looking for someone who is unpretentious, flexible, and adaptable. Furthermore, you can drive your tasks independently while being helpful and contributing to a great atmosphere in the group. You work meticulously and structured, and you have a strong commitment to your work.
