We are currently looking for a consultant for an exciting and strategically important assignment in the risk and compliance area with one of our clients in Solna. Here, you will step into an organization with international reach, where your contribution will be crucial for the purchasing department to operate in a secure, sustainable, and compliant manner.

About the Assignment

In the role of Risk, Opportunity & Compliance Manager, you will be an important part of the purchasing department.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Driving and developing work related to risk and compliance issues.
• Being a support and sounding board for colleagues in purchasing, supplier quality, and supply chain.
• Conducting audits and ensuring that processes are followed.
• Ensuring that the purchasing department complies with both local laws and customer requirements.
• Representing purchasing during audits related to ISO 27001, FAR, and DFARS.
• Actively working to assess, follow up, and improve compliance at international facilities.
• Reporting key metrics and risks to management.
• Participating in projects and collaborating across departmental boundaries.

The role is based in Solna. Travel may occur, primarily within Sweden but also internationally.

About You

We believe you have a relevant academic background in engineering, economics, law, or similar – and several years of experience working with risk and compliance issues. You are accustomed to taking responsibility, seeing the big picture, and having an eye for detail.

You feel confident in:

• Working independently but also collaboratively with others.
• Communicating clearly – both in Swedish and English.
• Navigating regulations, contracts, and standards.
• Driving improvements and taking initiative.

Previous experience in supply chain or information security is an advantage.
