Brandkåren Attunda is a municipal association with six member municipalities: Järfälla, Knivsta, Sigtuna, Sollentuna, Upplands-Bro, and Upplands Väsby. Together with the municipalities, Brandkåren Attunda has established a zero vision regarding fires and accidents.

About the role

As a district manager, you will have overall responsibility for the district's operations, including personnel management, planning, and follow-up of activities. The role includes close collaboration with the municipality and other community actors to promote safety and reduce accidents. You will also have budget responsibility and ensure that resources are used effectively to achieve the district's goals.

Who are you?

We are looking for an experienced and committed leader who is used to managing both people and processes. You have previously worked as a manager or in a similar position, and it is an advantage if you have experience and knowledge in emergency services.

To succeed in the role, you need to be communicative, humble, and confident in yourself. We value personal maturity, loyalty, determination, and a structured approach to work. A B driver's license is required.

What does the recruitment process look like?
