Your responsibilities:

As CEO, you will be ultimately responsible for the company's long-term success and growth.

We are looking for someone who:

- Has experience in the construction industry, preferably with a focus on electrical network construction.

- Is a leader with the ability to turn ideas into concrete results.

- Is strategic but also has an operational focus and the ability to make decisions quickly and effectively.

- Has strong business acumen and is accustomed to working with financial goals and analyses.

- Has the ability to build strong relationships and create trust at all levels.

- Speaks and writes fluently in Swedish and English.
