TECE Sweden AB, part of the international TECE GmbH group, is a leading technical total supplier in the Swedish HVAC market. With offices in Gothenburg, Stockholm, and Malmö and a turnover of approximately 55 MNOK, we have established ourselves as an innovative player in the plumbing industry. We are now looking for a Country Manager/CEO for Sweden who wants to take our Swedish company to the next level.

The Role

As Country Manager/CEO for TECE Sweden, you will be the driving force behind the company's continued success and expansion. You will have the opportunity to influence both the strategic direction and the operational development of the business. In your role, you will work closely with the current CEO for Sweden and Norway in 2025 to gradually take over full responsibility for TECE Sweden's operations.

You will report directly to the regional CEO and be a key player in the regional management team.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead and drive growth and profitability by optimizing business processes and finding new ways to develop the business.
  • Build and strengthen the team by challenging, coaching, and inspiring department heads to achieve both short-term and long-term goals.
  • Strategic work with marketing and sales to ensure continued good results and establish TECE Sweden's position as market leader.
  • Identify new business opportunities and analyze market trends to develop products and solutions that meet customer needs and create competitive advantages.
  • Monitor results and KPIs effectively to ensure the company meets its financial and operational goals.
Who are we looking for?
  • Experience in strategic leadership: You have a solid background in business development, marketing, and sales, and have experience leading and developing companies to new heights.
  • Business-driven and results-oriented: You have the ability to translate visions into clear and concrete business strategies and have a strong drive to achieve set goals.
  • Industry experience: You have experience from similar industries such as construction, water supply, or industry and understand the market's dynamics and customer needs.
  • Leadership: You are an inspiring and communicative leader who can engage and motivate both employees and management to work towards common goals.
  • Analytical and operational: You have the ability to work both strategically and operationally, and can use data and analysis to make informed decisions that impact the company's success.
  • Language: You have excellent skills in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
