AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

In this role, you will be responsible for planning staff as efficiently and economically as possible based on the needs of the business, taking into account applicable laws, agreements, and the company's personnel policy. As a Planning Manager, you will work on strategic and overarching issues with a focus on planning, monitoring, and development in relation to our customers' (airlines) traffic. Planning work will also be part of the job. Furthermore, you will drive the planning team forward and develop the department based on the organization's needs. You will have a planning team for which you have direct personnel responsibility.

Your tasks will include, for example:

• Participating in scheduling work for the company.
• Successfully managing the planning department's staff through an engaging and motivating leadership style.
• Ensuring that collective agreements and personnel policies are followed by the planning department.
• Creating a budget for the department and ensuring that it and the department's organizational goals are met.
• Being responsible for the company's planning system and new implementations.
• Ensuring that the planning department receives relevant information and instructions regarding changes and new working methods.

Qualifications:

• Experience in both long-term and short-term personnel planning or experience deemed equivalent by the employer.
• Good knowledge of finance and budgeting.
• Experience with IT-based planning systems.
• Good knowledge of working time regulations and relevant legislation as well as interpretation of collective agreements.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English.
• Experience with personnel responsibility.
