The position can lead to longer-term substitute assignments or permanent employment with one of our partner schools.

With us, you have great flexibility and can work according to your own schedule, making this position ideal to combine with studies. It is also possible to work five days a week if you wish to work full-time.

About the role

As a school substitute, you replace regular staff during absences, often with short notice on the same morning. Your tasks may vary from teaching according to lesson plans, acting as a resource person in the classroom, to supporting individual students. You create safety, structure, and a positive learning environment for the students, regardless of the duration of the assignment.

With us, you are always personally matched to assignments that suit your competence and experience. You have a dedicated contact person at our agency who supports you before, during, and after work. Naturally, you will receive an introduction before you start.

Qualifications and skills

We are looking for someone who:

• Has completed upper secondary education
• Has very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Has the ability to lead a class in a safe and clear manner
• Has started post-secondary studies and/or has other relevant experience working with children and young people, such as involvement in sports clubs or similar youth activities
• Wants to be a positive role model for students
• Is ready to take responsibility and initiative and enjoys collaborating with others
• Can work at least 3 days a week (for students, at least 1 day/week applies)
• Is reliable and delivers on commitments
