We are currently seeking an engaged, certified teacher for the after-school center (fritidshem) at our adapted primary school.

Skarpatorpsskolan is located in the Skarpnäck district and has approximately 540 students and 100 employees. Currently, 36 students from preschool class to grade 9 attend our adapted primary school. Skarpatorpsskolan is situated right in the heart of Skarpnäck, with close proximity to both nature and the subway station.

Your role

In this role, you will:

• Plan and carry out activities in the after-school center together with your colleagues.
• Plan and carry out break-time activities together with your colleagues.
• Take responsibility for and have insight into the students' development, i.e., be attuned to each student's conditions and needs.
• Have high expectations of the students and their ability to develop.
• Capture and stimulate the students' curiosity, interest, and learning.

Your qualifications and experience

• You are a certified teacher in after-school centers (fritidslärare).
• Experience working in an adapted primary school is an advantage.

You are secure and stable, adapting your approach depending on the situation. You are driven by working towards common goals and focus on continuous improvement of the operations and your own professional practice. You have good collaboration skills with colleagues, students, and guardians. You are structured, planning, organizing, and prioritizing your work effectively.

Great importance will be attached to personal suitability.
