You will work at various preschools, getting to experience different workplaces and gather valuable experiences for the future. This substitute position can lead to longer-term assignments or permanent employment at the preschools we collaborate with. We are currently seeking preschool substitutes for assignments in Åkerberga, Täby, and Vallentuna!

With us, you have great flexibility and can work according to your own schedule – making this position perfect to combine with studies. It is also possible to work five days a week if you wish to work full-time.

About the role

As a substitute in the preschool, you replace permanent staff during absences, often with short notice on the same morning. Together with the rest of the staff, you are responsible for the children's group and participate in games and activities both indoors and outdoors. You help with dressing and undressing, participate in educational meals, and are above all a present adult for the children.

At our company, you are always personally matched to your assignments. You have a personal contact at our agency who supports you when needed before, during, and after work. Of course, you will receive an introduction before you start.

Qualifications and skills

We are looking for someone who has:

• Completed upper secondary education or a childcare education
• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Previous experience working with children and young people
• A positive attitude and confidence in the role of a role model
• Willingness to take responsibility and initiative, and a desire to collaborate with others
• Availability to work at least 3 days a week (for students, at least 1 day/week)
• Commitment to work as agreed
