As a substitute with us, you can work at various preschools or schools, try out different workplaces, and gain valuable experience for the future. The substitute position can lead to longer-term assignments or permanent employment at one of the preschools and schools we collaborate with.

We are currently looking for substitutes who want to work Monday–Friday in preschools and schools in Stockholm!

About the role

As a substitute within preschool and school, you replace regular staff during absences – often with short notice on the same morning. The assignments vary depending on the facility and may include:

• Participating in activities together with other staff and creating a sense of security in children's groups at preschool.
• Supporting students during the school day and during after-school care in the afternoon.
• Following lesson plans and leading teaching in preschool classes through grade 9.

Regardless of the assignment, you are a present and engaged adult who contributes to the children's security and development.

Qualifications and skills

We are looking for someone who:

• Has completed upper secondary education or early childhood education training.
• Has excellent knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Has previous experience working with children and young people, such as involvement in sports clubs, youth activities, tutoring, babysitting, or similar.
• Wants to be a positive role model for children and students.
• Is willing to take responsibility and initiative and wants to collaborate with others.
• Is committed to working as promised.
