Who are we looking for?

We are looking for YOU just as you are! Chemistry between the client and the employee is highly valued by us; therefore, we seek employees with different personality types, ages, and leisure interests. We would appreciate it if you had experience with NPD diagnoses (through relatives or work); you often have more experience than you think. We require that you master the Swedish language in both speech and writing.

What does the job as a relief worker/escort involve?

Working as a relief worker means you work in the home or its immediate vicinity to relieve relatives of a person with a disability. This allows relatives to have personal time, either alone or together.

Working as an escort means you accompany a client with a disability on various activities outside the home. This can range from visiting the gym, shopping, or going for coffee.

Scope of the position?

The positions are hourly-based, and the number of hours per month may vary depending on the client's decision (from 6 hours/month). Therefore, this is only a side job alongside studies or other work. The tasks are often performed in the afternoons, evenings, or on weekends.

According to the Act on Register Control and God Omsorg's policy, anyone working with minors must present an extract from the police's criminal and suspicion register before employment.
