Who are we looking for?

We are looking for YOU just as you are! Chemistry between client and employee is highly valued by us, so we seek employees with different personality types, ages, and leisure interests. We would appreciate it if you had experience with NPD diagnoses (through relatives or work); you often have more experience than you realize. We require proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.

What does the job as a relief caregiver/escort involve?

As a relief caregiver, you work in the home or its immediate vicinity to relieve relatives of a person with a disability. This allows relatives to have time for themselves, either alone or together.

As an escort, you accompany a client with a disability on various activities outside the home. This can range from visiting the gym, shopping, or going for coffee.

Scope of employment?

The positions are hourly-based, and the number of hours per month may vary depending on the client's needs (from 6 hours/month). Therefore, this is only a part-time job alongside studies or other work. The tasks are often performed in the afternoons, evenings, or on weekends.

According to the Register Control Act and God Omsorg's policy, anyone working with minors must present an extract from the police's criminal and suspicion register before employment.
