Specialpedagogkonsult is currently looking for a special needs teacher for a consulting position at a primary school in Haninge. The position is part-time, 6 hours per week.

Specialpedagogkonsult was founded in 2008 by special needs teacher Maria Engstam. Today, we consist of a warm and professional team of special needs teachers, special educators, counselors, psychologists, and principals. Together, we work to identify and meet the needs of all children and students through supervision, consultation, observations, and training of educators and school leaders within preschools, schools, and adult education.

We are now looking for you who have substantial experience and want to use your knowledge where it truly makes a difference.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a degree in special needs education and extensive experience working as a special needs teacher.
• Has long experience in meeting the needs of children and students with diverse requirements – and sees the opportunities in every situation.
• Is a confident, responsive, and solution-focused person who thrives in cross-professional teams.
• Has the ability to listen to the client's needs, is creative, solution-focused, curious about differences, and eager to learn new things.
• Enjoys sharing your experience while remaining curious about continuing to develop.
