As a re-established regiment with garrison responsibilities, we are growing and need more competent officers, soldiers, and civilian employees to continue developing the unit for its important mission: to defend Sweden's numerous coastal archipelago areas and protect our routes into Scandinavia's largest port, thereby safeguarding Sweden's strategic imports.
The Swedish Armed Forces have a strong value system based on openness, results, and responsibility. Professional development and personal health are valued and encouraged. There are good opportunities for internal career mobility, wellness programs, and a good balance between work and private life.
