About the Role

As a team member, you are an important part of our daily operations. You greet our members with a smile, create a welcoming environment, and ensure they get the best possible experience every time they visit us.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing first-class service to our members.
• Selling memberships and products.
• Serving breakfast and lunch.
• Maintaining the gym as clean, well-organized, and pleasant.
• Contributing to a positive atmosphere and a strong team spirit.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is social, positive, and service-oriented.
• Has a solution-oriented approach and takes initiative.
• Is organized, responsible, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Always puts the member first and strives to exceed their expectations.
• Understands the importance of sales and enjoys working towards goals.
• Wants to develop and sees learning as a natural part of the job.
• Experience in service and sales is a plus, but your personality and attitude are most important.
• Has experience with kitchen and serving duties, as we offer both breakfast and lunch.

About the Position

• Location: SPR Athlete Factory City.
• Work may also take place at our facility on Södermalm.
• Working hours are scheduled and distributed across weekdays and weekends.
