Bookkeeper / Finance Manager

Famora Foods AB is now looking for an experienced bookkeeper responsible for the company's financial functions, ongoing bookkeeping, payroll administration, and closing processes.

About the role

As a bookkeeper/finance manager here, you will have a varied job with significant individual responsibility. You will work closely with the operations in a company where you will help modernize and influence our processes.

The role includes among other things:

• Ongoing bookkeeping according to the K3 accounting framework
• Payroll administration, including labor law personnel issues related to salary, collective agreements, and employment terms
• Handling periodic closing and annual accounts
• Contact with auditors, authorities, and other external parties
• Creating routines
• Efficientizing and implementing digital processes and integrations

Who are you?

We are looking for you who have several years of experience in a broad finance role and who enjoy combining bookkeeping and accounting with payroll administration. You are meticulous, structured, and accustomed to driving your work forward independently.

We see that you have:

• At least 5 years of work experience in finance in a medium-sized company
• At least educated as an accountant from a university college
• Experience with ongoing bookkeeping according to K3
• Experience with payroll administration and personnel issues related to salary and collective agreements
• Good system proficiency, Visma Administration and Visma Lön (experience with other finance and payroll systems is meritorious)
• Experience with closing processes
• Very good skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

It is meritorious if you have worked in the food industry or other manufacturing operations, but it is not a requirement.

As a person, you are service-oriented, communicative, and find it easy to collaborate with colleagues at different levels in the organization. You keep order and structure even when the pace is high, and you thrive with multiple balls in the air.

Other: The workplace is located in Onslunda, approx. 15 km north of Uppsala. A driver's license and car are mandatory (if you do not live nearby) as there is no bus traffic in the area.
