Administrator for Proptech Company in Uppsala
Valueguard Index Sweden AktiebolagUppsala län, Uppsala
Previous experience is desired
Do you enjoy order and structure? Do you thrive working in digital systems where attention to detail is crucial? Then you might be the person we are looking for.
Valueguard is a proptech company that develops statistics and digital services for the Swedish housing market, with a special focus on price statistics.
We are currently looking for an administrator on a part-time basis (approx. 60%) for a 12-month parental leave cover. For the right candidate, there is an opportunity for extension. We are flexible with start dates, between mid-August and the end of September.
The office is located in Uppsala. We work together from the office on Mondays. On other days, you can work from home or from the office.
About the role
Here you will have a broad administrative role where you work in several different systems and have close contact with both customers and colleagues. Since we are a small company, you will have a varied role with the opportunity to influence and develop our ways of working. A large part of the work involves following established routines where it is important to work methodically and carefully. The tasks include, among other things:
- providing support to our customers via email and phone
- administering user accounts and permissions in our systems
- handling ongoing invoicing and invoice inquiries
- working with register management and quality assurance of customer and invoice registers
- carrying out recurring work processes according to our routines
You will work closely with colleagues in areas such as analysis, system development, and sales.
If you enjoy the role, there is an opportunity to learn more parts of the business over time and take on greater responsibility.
Who are we looking for?
We believe that you enjoy order and structure and find satisfaction in things being done correctly. You are meticulous, responsible, and comfortable working in various digital systems. You do not need a technical education, but you are curious about digital tools and have an aptitude for getting to grips with new systems and ways of working. You work in a structured manner, think logically, and are comfortable with numbers.
Since you will be in contact with our customers, it is also important that you are service-oriented and communicate clearly and professionally.
We place great emphasis on personal qualities and are primarily looking for the right person, not someone who already knows all our systems.
We look forward to receiving your application!
Open to all
We focus on your competence, not your other prerequisites. We are open to adapting the role or workplace to your needs.
