About the role

In the role of Customer Service Representative, you work in a team where you jointly handle both 1st line and 2nd line support. You are often the customer's first point of contact and are responsible for providing fast, professional, and solution-oriented service. At the same time, you serve as a vital link between the customer and internal functions.

The daily work consists largely of handling incoming cases and ensuring they are processed correctly from the start. You resolve simpler issues directly and ensure that more complex questions are smoothly escalated internally, so that the customer gets the best possible experience. In this way, you contribute to high customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Receiving and handling cases via phone, email, and chat
• Registering and investigating complaints such as picking errors, missing, or incorrectly delivered goods
• Handling inquiries regarding deliveries, invoices, returns, and credits
• Ensuring cases are forwarded to the correct department (e.g., transport, warehouse, finance, or sales)
• Taking action such as booking couriers and contacting customers in case of discrepancies
• Following up on cases and contributing to improvements in work methods and processes

You work at a high pace, handling multiple cases in parallel. An important part of the role is also to contribute to continuous improvement by identifying patterns in cases, understanding causes, and proposing solutions together with other parts of the organization.

About you

To succeed in the role, we see that you:

• Have a high school education
• Have experience in customer service or another equivalent service profession
• Have very good knowledge of Swedish and good knowledge of English
• Have good system proficiency and are quick to learn new work methods
• Are confident in making your own decisions and taking initiative

It is an advantage if you have experience in logistics, sales, or systems such as SAP and Power BI.

As a person, you are service-oriented and communicative, with a good ability to build trust in interactions with both customers and colleagues. You work in a solution-oriented manner, have a structured approach, and enjoy collaborating in a team. The role requires that you can handle a high pace, prioritize between different cases, and remain calm even when many things are happening at once.

Your workplace

The position is located at our warehouse in Enköping, where approximately 440 employees work. You will belong to the customer service team, which consists of a total of approximately 15 employees, with the majority based in Norrköping. In Enköping, you will be a smaller team of about three people working closely with other customer service colleagues.

The team has a good mix of experience and competencies. We collaborate closely between locations and have an open dialogue where we are clear in our feedback. We adapt to everyday life and keep morale up even when things do not go as planned. In this way, we contribute every day to a good working climate.
