Department of Clinical Sciences
Do you have knowledge within economics, are you detail-oriented, appreciate order, and thrive when keeping track of the details? The Department of Clinical Sciences is looking for a driven and service-oriented Economic Administrator for a fixed-term position during autumn and winter 2026.

About the job
You will be an important part of the economics group and will support the team and employees at the department with economic-administrative tasks.
Examples of duties include:
- Support for the department's receivers of invoices in the e-commerce system Proceedo.
- Posting invoices and orders according to current regulations.
- Accounts payable (reconciliation with suppliers) and accounts receivable (reconciliation with customers).
- Receiving and compiling material for invoicing.
- Handling reminder and collection cases.
- Communication with customers.
- Inventories and preparation of supporting documents.
- Ongoing bookkeeping.
Your background
You have:
- At least three years of work experience in support/service roles.
- A Bachelor's degree in Economics.
- Basic computer skills, experience with Excel, and familiarity working in various administrative computer systems.
- Knowledge of the accounting system Proceedo, ability to set up approval workflows, knowledge of invoicing in ERP systems, and ability to handle invoice flows in the journal system ProVet.
- Knowledge of the areas of activity for Clinical Sciences and SLU.
