About the Operation

The primary school/adapted primary school operation is part of the Education Administration. The operation covers 21 primary schools as well as adapted primary school, and the total number of students is approx. 4,500. Four of the primary schools are upper secondary schools, while the others, with a few exceptions, cover grades F-6. The operation also includes after-school centers (fritidshem).

About Skolgårda School

Skolgårda School (grades F-9 and after-school center) is located in the historic quarters around Motala Verkstad, close to the city center, Borenshult locks, and nature. Skolgårda has chosen to profile itself with a focus on goal achievement, security, and well-being, and is not without reason proud of our good results! We have a high proportion of qualified staff and a collegium that stays at the workplace for a long time. This ensures good continuity for our students.

About the Position

Job Responsibilities

You will be part of a work team where collaboration and engagement are important. As a teacher in the after-school center, you will help develop the school's pedagogical activities. The work involves planning, implementing, evaluating, and developing teaching together based on steering documents and the operation's goals.

Teaching in the after-school center is your main task. During school hours, you will work in classes both with your own groups and in whole classes together with class teachers.

Qualifications

We are looking for you with a degree and authorization with eligibility as a teacher in the after-school center.

You must have good collaboration skills, be flexible, and have a professional attitude towards students, guardians, and colleagues. You are responsible, have clear leadership skills, and show great engagement in creating teaching that is adapted to each student's conditions and needs.

Employment Conditions

  • Salary: Monthly salary.
  • Employment type: Fixed-term employment.
  • Duration: Start: 2026-08-24, End: 2027-06-30.
  • Working hours: Mon-Fri 06-18, according to schedule.
