About the role
As a security guard or steward at the reception, you are the face of the company. You work independently with great responsibility and contribute to a safe, secure, and well-functioning environment. Depending on the assignment, the position may include tasks according to both the security guard's and the steward's authorities.

Qualifications
For security guards

• Security Guard Training VU1 and VU2.
• Approved by the County Administrative Board for employment within an authorized security company.

• Valid steward appointment issued by the Police Authority.
• Approved steward training and completed further education according to current requirements.
• Approved by the County Administrative Board for employment within an authorized security company.

• At least two years of documented experience in reception work or other service-oriented security services is meritorious.
• Fluent Swedish and good English in speech and writing.
• Good computer skills and experience with administrative systems.
• Category B driver's license is meritorious.
• Clean criminal record, drug-free, and no payment defaults.
• Good physical and mental suitability for security work.

• Have high social competence and a professional demeanor.
• Are responsible, secure, and have high integrity.
• Are solution-oriented and can make well-founded decisions even under pressure.
• Enjoy working both independently and together with others.
• Have a genuine interest in security, service, and people.
• Are structured, meticulous, and have a strong sense of order.
• Can handle conflicts in a calm, respectful, and professional manner.

The position is filled according to agreement. A six-month probation period applies. Selection is ongoing, and the positions may be filled before the final application date.
