The Surgery Department carries out both emergency and planned activities in outpatient and inpatient care. We are a county administration where Örebro University Hospital (USÖ), Karlskoga Hospital, and Lindesberg Hospital collaborate. The administration is a central function in the operations, ensuring that administrative processes run smoothly.
We are now looking for a colleague to join the administration at Karlskoga Hospital. Together with an experienced team, you will handle routine administrative tasks at the surgical clinic, focused on the ward.
ResponsibilitiesYour tasks include medical record documentation, diagnosis coding, waiting lists, mail handling, and other common administrative duties within the clinic.
QualificationsA medical office administrator education, medical secretary education, or medical clerk education is required.
You must have good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
