BokFix Accounting Firm is growing and we are now looking for a careful economic assistant or accounting assistant for a long-term part-time remote position. This role is suitable, for example, for you who want to keep your skills active at a flexible pace, or for you who are looking for a smaller side job.

About the role & responsibilities: The work is 100% remote. You will assist us with ongoing bookkeeping and related economic administration. The scope is initially about 5–10 hours per month, but as the business grows, we would like the need and hours to increase in the future. We have regular check-ins.

Who we are looking for: We are looking for you who have previous experience with bookkeeping or accounting. Experience with Fortnox and Visma/Spiris eEkonomi is a requirement for the role. As a person, you are structured, detail-oriented, computer literate, and thrive working independently with your own responsibility.

Conditions:

• Scope: On-demand employment (approx. 5–10 hours/month initially, with potential for more). We apply an initial trial period/probation to ensure the collaboration works well for both parties.
• Salary: Hourly wage as agreed.
• Location: 100% remote (with fixed check-ins).
• Start date: Flexible as agreed.
