We are currently looking for 4 Swedish-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Larnaca, Cyprus, starting September 7, 2026.

This role is for you if you want to develop, take responsibility, and become a key part of our team over time.
What does the job involve?
In this role, you will primarily assist customers via phone. The calls are often short and varied, and your task is to listen carefully, find the right information, and help the customer in a clear, fast, and professional manner.
Initially, you will focus mainly on phone calls. As you settle into the role, other channels such as chat and email may also become part of your work.
You will be responsible for:
- Assisting customers in a service-oriented and professional manner.
- Working towards clear goals for quality and customer satisfaction.
- Developing through onboarding, coaching, and ongoing support from the team.
This is not a sales role. The focus is on providing customers with fast, accurate, and friendly assistance.
Who are we looking for?

You do not need extensive customer service experience, but you do need the right attitude and a willingness to learn. We value individuals who take responsibility, are detail-oriented, and want to contribute to a strong team over the long term.

Moving to Cyprus
