Springhill Textile are experts in socks, underwear, ready-to-wear, and home textiles – with brands such as Softer Days, Topeco, Gripsholm, Noble House, Crossbow, and Support Hero.

One of our Key Account Managers (KAMs) has decided to move on externally after a long tenure at Springhill, and we are now looking for you who want to take over and continue driving strong business!
About the role
In the role of KAM, you will be responsible for developing business with your customers within the Grocery Retail sector (DVH). There are good existing relationships, as well as continued business opportunities. In the future, new customers may be added, also on the Nordic market.
You will drive your business using category and sales data, where you optimize the assortment, negotiate prices, build campaign strategies, and maintain a good partnership. Springhill's customer relationships are strong and long-term. It is a competitive market where you need to stay ahead and ensure a strong offer.
You will have many skilled colleagues to help you. You will work closely with your fellow KAMs, as well as the Category Manager, Sales Coordinator, Product and Design Managers. The role reports to the Sales Manager for Grocery Retail.
Examples of responsibilities:
- Drive and develop business with your customers within grocery retail.
- Drive strong category work together with customers and maintain good collaborations over time.
- Drive long-term development and product projects together with the customer.
- Responsible for negotiations.
- Responsible for setting and delivering on budget through, for example, assortment, volume, pricing, placement, and close dialogue with your customers.
- Responsible for goals, priorities, implementation, and management of external merchandising agencies at your customers.
- Keep a finger on the pulse regarding customers' needs and the market in general.
Experience and qualifications
To succeed in this role, we believe you have:
- Post-secondary education, but your experience and personality weigh the heaviest.
- Experience from grocery retail (DVH).
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
- Fluent proficiency in Swedish and English.
- It is meritorious if you have had a Nordic responsibility previously, but it is not a requirement.
