What Does the Role Offer?
In this role, you are responsible for the South Region. You develop the business together with wholesalers, distributors, and end customers, with a focus on building long-term relationships and creating business opportunities over time. The role involves great freedom to plan your work and high presence out with the customers.
You will, among other things:
- Be responsible for sales and business development within your district
- Develop relationships with wholesalers, distributors, and end customers
- Create business opportunities through active and solution-oriented sales work
- Work towards clear sales targets and KPIs
- Plan and follow up on your work in CRM and be part of the company's digital development journey
The role implies an independent way of working where you work from home and meet customers in your region, with support and collaboration from your team.
Who Are You?
We are looking for you who have experience in B2B sales. Alternatively, if you have not yet worked in sales, we see that you have experience from a relevant industry, for example, electrical, OEM, or other technical industry where you have built up good business and customer understanding. You communicate fluently in Swedish and English and have a valid driver's license (Category B).
As a person, you are proactive, business-minded, and results-oriented. You thrive with freedom under responsibility, see opportunities in customer dialogue, and work systematically to turn activities into business. At the same time, you are a team player who builds trust and collaborates well with both customers and colleagues.
