LetsGig AB is looking for a highly experienced Data Coordinator with strong expertise in IBM Maximo, Chaos, facility information, and ongoing case management. This role is ideal for you if you have worked closely with a maintenance organization, handled technical facility data, and served as a central figure in ongoing operational support.

This is a qualified consultancy assignment where you will become a key person in a project organization. You will work with system support, quality assurance, documentation, and the ongoing management of incoming cases related to facility information.

About the Role

Your responsibilities will include among other things:

• Handling and distributing incoming cases, questions, and materials in the business inbox or similar case flow
• Quality assurance of loading templates and facility information before system import
• Data import and control in IBM Maximo/GusMaximo and documentation systems
• Component placement of road equipment and facility objects according to technical regulations
• Creation and management of technical system IDs and component designations
• Support for receiving coordinators, administration organization, and maintenance operations
• Review, validation, and correction of data prior to handover from project to maintenance
• Second-line technical support related to facility information, loading templates, drawings, and administration data
• Work with value lists, system hierarchies, and data quality
• Participation in testing of new or updated system functions

In this role, you may also serve as the project manager and contact person for the client organization. Therefore, it is important that you are confident in coordination, follow-up, structure, and communication.

Workplace and Working Methods

The work is primarily performed from LetsGig's office, from home, or another agreed-upon workplace via a virtual desktop. Physical presence in Gothenburg and business travel may occur as needed. You must be able to work structuredly in digital system environments and handle information with high precision and confidentiality.

For the assignment, you must be able to obtain system access and provide the information needed for account and permission applications. You need access to a computer, mobile phone, and stable internet connection.

Requirements

You must meet all the following requirements:

• At least three years of documented experience with IBM Maximo
• At least one year of documented experience with Adtollo Chaos or equivalent drawing/documentation system
• Documented experience using technical regulations
• Documented experience with coding systems for facilities
• Experience with ongoing administration of incoming cases related to facility information and documentation
• Experience working with or within a maintenance organization
• Very good Swedish in speech and writing
• Ability to verify your experience through CV, competence list, and relevant reference contacts

Additional Qualifications

It is highly meritorious if you also have:

• Experience as a project manager, coordinator, team lead, or similar role
• Experience with handover from investment projects to maintenance
• Experience with loading templates, administration data, system hierarchies, and component structures
• Experience in road construction, railway construction, technical infrastructure, or other critical facility environments
• Experience working with receiving coordinators, administration organization, or technical system administration
• Experience in quality assurance and correction of facility data before system import
• Ability to be available quickly for longer assignments
