ABOUT THE POSITION
Bättre Assistans is part of Inre Kraft and is looking for you who want to work as a personal assistant for our client in Sunderbyn. We are looking for someone who wants to work as a temporary substitute on an as-needed basis, primarily during July, with a good chance of extension in the future.
Working hours are primarily during the day on weekdays, with occasional evening shifts. The shifts are as follows:
- 09:00–15:00
- 15:00–21:00
Start date is by agreement; we would appreciate it if you could start your introduction as soon as possible.
ABOUT THE CLIENT
The client is a man in his mid-30s who enjoys physical activity. He likes bowling, playing games, and walking. Our client needs your help as an assistant in his daily life as he has autism.
Duties include:
- Support with daily routines, such as household chores
- Assistance with personal hygiene, dressing/undressing, and meals
- Communication and interpretation of the world around him

- Very good knowledge of the Swedish language

Employment level: 1 position, temporary substitute on an as-needed basis
Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other benefits in accordance with collective agreements.

You can easily download the certificate of personal details from the Swedish Tax Agency's website. To work as a personal assistant, you must be at least 18 years old.
If you are to work with children and young people under 18, you are required to present an extract from the criminal record. From March 1, 2026, new regulations apply meaning that the register check will include both extracts from the criminal record and the suspicion register. The extract is ordered via the Police Authority's e-service. Note that processing times may vary, so it is advisable to order in good time.
