ABOUT THE POSITION
At Inre Kraft, we are looking for you who want to work as a personal assistant on an hourly temporary basis, extra as needed, for our client in Piteå. We are looking for three people who want to work extra as a substitute. This suits you who perhaps have other employment during the day or are studying. But there is a chance for a lot of work!
The working hours vary between day, evening, and night. You do not need to be able to work all shifts to be considered. The schedule is being revised, so this is an example of working hours that may occur with the client:
- 08:00-14:00
- 08:00-20:00
- 14:00-22:00
- 20:00-08:00
- 22:00-08:00
Start date is by agreement, and we would appreciate it if you could start the introduction immediately.
ABOUT THE CLIENT
The client enjoys going for walks, watching TV, and doing crafts at home. Small day trips occasionally take place.
The tasks include:
- Support with daily routines, including household chores
- Assistance with personal hygiene, dressing/undressing, and meals
- Mobility assistance
The client uses an electric wheelchair, a shower chair, and a lift.

REQUIREMENTS
- Good knowledge of the Swedish language
MERITS
- Driver's license and access to a private car
- Experience working in healthcare and social services
Employment level: Hourly substitute as needed
Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other benefits in accordance with the collective agreement.

A prerequisite for starting employment with us is that you, as an applicant, can present a valid ID and/or submit a certificate of conduct (personbevis) as well as any documents proving the right to work in Sweden. You can easily download the certificate of conduct from the Swedish Tax Agency's website. To work as a personal assistant, you must be at least 18 years old.
If you are to work with children and young people under 18, you must present a certificate of conduct. From March 1, 2026, new regulations apply, meaning the register check will include both a certificate of conduct and a certificate from the suspicion register. The certificate is ordered via the Police Authority's e-service. Note that processing times may vary, so it is advisable to order well in advance.
