RESPONSIBILITIES

In the role of childcare worker at Thule Preschool, you are part of a work team that collaborates based on current governing documents and guidelines for the preschool. Together in the work team, you work towards the children's development and learning.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who have a childcare education. It is meritorious if you have experience working with children in need of special support. You have good cooperation skills and are independent, initiative-taking, and goal-oriented, with an approach that is adapted to the situation. A positive attitude is a prerequisite. You have an interest in developing new working methods and spreading knowledge and experiences to colleagues. You have a professional approach to children, guardians, and colleagues and can easily create good relationships. We place great emphasis on all educators contributing to the children's language development, therefore good knowledge of the Swedish language is required in both speech and writing.
