ABOUT THE POSITION
We at Inre Kraft are looking for you who want to work as a personal assistant on a full-time or part-time basis for our client in Pajala. We are also looking for temporary staff who can work in the regular work group during sick leave and planned vacation. You will work weekdays and weekends. Working hours are scheduled as day and evening shifts, and night shifts may also occur.
Start date is by agreement, and we would be happy if you could start the introduction immediately.
ABOUT THE CLIENT
The client is a man in his 20s who enjoys ice hockey, music, and video games. Our client needs your help as an assistant in his daily life as he uses a wheelchair.
The tasks include:
- Support with daily routines, such as household chores.
- Assistance with personal hygiene, dressing/undressing, and meals.

REQUIREMENTS
- Good knowledge of the Swedish language – both spoken and written.
MERITS
- Experience working in personal assistance.
- Experience working in healthcare and social care.
Employment level: Full-time or part-time, plus temporary staff as needed.
Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other benefits in accordance with the collective agreement.

You can easily download the certificate of personal registration from the Swedish Tax Agency's website. To work as a personal assistant, you must be at least 18 years old.
If you are to work with children and young people under 18, you are required to present a certificate of good conduct (extract from the criminal record). From March 1, 2026, new regulations apply meaning that the register check will include both extracts from the criminal record and the suspicion register. The extract is ordered via the Swedish Police Authority's e-service. Note that processing times may vary, so it is advisable to order well in advance.
